Inline with Industry Coach Standard this Award is to help shape and develop coaches delivery skills in community settings. This Award embeds the "House of Multisport Model " and enables engaging, development and fun activities. Delivery principles are aligned such as communication and interventions within coaching. Who is it for Volunteers and Coaches who work in multi ability settings and provide sport and fun physical activity. This award is mapped across CIMSPA Coach Professional Standard.
