Do you regularly feel stressed, anxious or angry?

Whether you are someone with moderate to good resilience, or have struggled / are struggling with mental ill-health, this session based on the very successful Unlock You will give you a range of coping mechanisms that will help you reframe negative thinking and achieve your potential.

Beth is a wellness expert, bringing together mindfulness and cognitive training to help individuals and groups to reduce levels of anxiety and achieve optimal performance.
Beth's passions are inclusivity and neuroscience. She has been the director of six inclusive arts companies and two charities, and she leads several neuroscience-based support groups. Prior to Mind Fitness she was for seven years a consultant for Surrey Education Authority, training teachers to develop accelerated learning frameworks. Beth is co-author of Unlock You (Pearson 2019) and a second book 'Developing Your Emotional Health' to be released in November.

Andy is a certified performance coach, trainer and author with a broad experience of corporate senior management. With a background in the entertainment sector, he moved from theatre to the music industry and into a start-up that became the European PlayStation division. Andy was part of the management team that launched PlayStation.
